Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that enables fast, secure online transactions without banks. BALTINI accepts payments in various cryptocurrencies as a payment option at checkout in selected countries: 

• North America: United States, Canada, Mexico 
• Europe : United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland 
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand 
• Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam 

How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
 

To place an order using cryptocurrency, please follow these steps: 

• Add your items to your shopping bag
• Proceed to checkout and select the cryptocurrency payment option
• Review your order details and click "Place Order".  You’ll be redirected to our payment provider, Triple-A. 
• On the Triple-A payment page, choose your preferred cryptocurrency and confirm the final amount. Please note that blockchain fees may apply, but creating an account with Triple-A is not necessary. 
• Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and amount displayed. Send the chosen cryptocurrency from your wallet.
• Complete your order within 25 minutes to secure the current cryptocurrency exchange rate. 

Please note: 

• Triple-A's quoted cryptocurrency prices are valid for 25 minutes. If this time elapses, simply reload the page for an updated exchange rate and a new 25-minute window. 
• After payment confirmation, you will be redirected to the BALTINI order confirmation page. While confirmation is typically swift, it may occasionally take longer than traditional payment methods. Please keep your browser window open during this process.
• if insufficient cryptocurrency is sent, you will be promptly notified and given the opportunity to send the remaining amount to complete your order.
• In cases of overpayment, you may complete your order, and Triple-A will contact you via email regarding the refund process. 

What cryptocurrencies does BALTINI accept?
 

In eligible countries, we accept the following cryptocurrencies from any wallet: 

• USDT (Tron network, Ethereum network or Polygon network) 
• USDC (Ethereum network or Polygon network)
• BTC (Bitcoin network) 
• LNBTC (Lightning network) 
• ETH (Ethereum network) 
• PayPal USD
• Binance Pay 
• Coinbase Pay

Please note that this list is subject to expansion. 

How are refunds processed for cryptocurrency payments?
 

Once your return is approved by our brand or partner boutique, you will receive an email from our cryptocurrency payment provider with instructions to claim your refund. The process is as follows: 

• Follow the link provided in the email. 
• Complete the form by entering your cryptocurrency address. 
• The refund amount will be the item price minus the return fee and network fee, paid in the same cryptocurrency as the original purchase at the current exchange rate. 

Please be aware that due to cryptocurrency value fluctuations, the number of tokens refunded may differ from the original payment amount. 

Successfully claimed refunds should be credited to your wallet within one business day, depending on blockchain congestion. 

Incorrect Payment Amounts 

• Overpayments: Your order will be processed, and Triple-A will automatically email you regarding the refund of the excess amount. 
• Underpayments: You have 24 hours to complete the payment. If the remaining amount is not sent, Triple-A will automatically initiate a refund for the partial payment.
• Invalid payments: These will be investigated, and Triple-A's team may contact you for additional information. If the payment was received, expect a refund within 5-7 business days. 

Important Notice: Cryptocurrency Transaction Safety
 

To prevent loss of funds, please ensure: 

• Scan the QR code or carefully copy the provided address. 
• Use the correct network as indicated. 
• Double-check the address, cryptocurrency type, amount, and network before sending. 

Neither BALTINI nor Triple-A can be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect transaction details, as blockchain transactions are irreversible.
