Return Policy

We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date of your purchase, we won't be able to accept your return request. We do not accept returns for fur/ padded/ down coats and/or jackets and its kind. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for more information on this return. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. Please ensure to read it thoroughly before submitting your return.

  • We don't offer free returns at this time. Since you are importing luxury goods directly from Italy, all returns will be processed by customs in Italy.

Please note that return fee and shipping protection are non-refundable. In the case of rejected return items, please note that additional shipping fees will be charged to return these items to the customer.

Depending on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet, your display's colors can appear in slightly different shades. We always try our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that you will see exactly what we displayed “as is”.

We monitor the number of returns made by each customer. Our team may flag any return and refuse it at our discretion. Excessive returns may lead to the closure of your BALTINI account.

 

Requesting a Return

Please carefully read and accept our return policy below before proceeding to the next step:

  • Import duties/taxes are non-refundable as Customs collect them in your country.
  • We don't accept returns at our Las Vegas office (No exception and no refund). Please note that all returns must be shipped back to our partners in Italy. Any returns to our office in Las Vegas will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
  • If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund by BALTINI.
  • Items from different boutiques should not be returned together. Please return each item individually using separate shipping boxes and return labels.
  • We do not accept returns for fur/ padded/ down coats and/or jackets and its kind. If under exceptional circumstances that we accept a return for any fur/ padded/ down coats and/or jackets and its kind, please be aware that in addition to our standard return fees of USD 35, you will also be responsible for an additional expense related to customs and duties of USD 120. In some rare cases, there could be more. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for more information on this return.
  • If you are requesting a return for multiple items under one order, please submit it one by one in order for us to upload the return label for each return. (Different item is going to different boutique).

  • All returns must be shipped back from initial shipping address.
  • We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery (Item must be in original condition). Which means unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.
    Kindly note:
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tag(s) and label(s) still attached (the return will not be accepted if any tag(s) or label(s) are removed from the item).
    • All returns must include the dust bag, brand box, shoebox and all original packaging as these items are considered part of the product.
    • If an item has a BALTINI security tags/ sticker/ brand tags attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Do not use your own return label.
    All returns must be shipped back to Italy using the return label from us.
    Keep in mind if the items are returned without our approval, shipping cost, taxes, and custom fees will be the responsibility of the customers. No refund will be issued.

    Pick-up: If you'd like to schedule a pick-up, please contact us at info@baltini.com after you receive the return label (only eligible for DHL labels and US customers).

By proceeding to our return center at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined above.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated like returns. You must first return the original item if you want to exchange a product. Since our products are sourced from our boutique partners in Italy, you will need to place a new order for the new item you wish to purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received by our boutique partner, it may take up to 5-7 business days to verify that it complies with our return policy. Please note that refunds may also take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total return shipping cost and import duties/taxes. Please note that import duties/taxes are non-refundable through BALTINI.
